POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy?

Just give us a 48-hour heads-up before 4:00 PM on your arrival date to avoid a one-night charge.

Is Surfland Hotel pet-friendly?

Yes, we welcome small dogs! We have select pet-friendly rooms (please call (541) 994-8145 to book)

Is housekeeping provided daily?

Housekeeping is available daily between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Use "Do Not Disturb" sign if privacy is preferred.

Do you require a security deposit or incidental hold?

Yes, a standard hold is placed on your card at check-in for incidentals.

Can I have packages or wine shipped to the hotel?

Yes! We can accept small guest packages. Please ensure your name is clearly marked on the label.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

We are a 100% smoke-free property, though we do have designated outdoor areas.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Extended check-out (1 PM) available for $50.

Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

While we do have accessible rooms, we do not have an elevator. Please call us at (541) 994-8145 to discuss any specific ADA needs!

Do you have rooms with hot tubs?

Our Jacuzzi Suites feature lovely jetted soaking tubs right in the room.

Is the WiFi fast enough for remote work?

Yes, we provide high-speed WiFi suitable for streaming and video calls.

Do you offer adjoining rooms?

Yes, we do offer adjoining rooms. While we cannot guarantee their availability, we will certainly do our best to accommodate your request and prioritize your preference.

Does the property have elevators?

No, Surfland does not have an elevator. Please contact us to discuss any specific ADA needs!

Do you host groups or corporate retreats?

Surffland Hotel is a premier oceanfront leisure hotel in Lincoln City. While we primarily focus on individual leisure stays, we may be able to accommodate select groups and corporate retreats. What is for sale in the lobby gift shop?

We carry a curated selection of local Oregon gifts, apparel, and travel essentials.

What are the pool, hot tub and sauna hours?

Dive in daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Adults only after 9:00 PM).

Where is the Bocce Ball court & Sun Deck?

Bocce Ball is in the courtyard behind the recreation building. Oceanfront Sun Deck is available for all guests.

How do I get to the beach?

The Surfland Hotel offers direct beach access right from the property.

Are bonfires allowed on the beach?

Yes, beach bonfires are permitted. To enhance your experience, we offer bonfire kits—complete with wood and s'mores supplies—for purchase at the front desk.

Is there parking for large vehicles or EVs?

We offer free on-site parking, though space for oversized vehicles is limited.

What are your breakfast hours?

Wake up to a complimentary breakfast every day from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Is there a restaurant on-site?

We are a room-only Hotel, but several top-rated dining options are within a 5-minute drive.
